Nationwide Shipping Coverage

We proudly provide free nationwide shipping throughout the continental United States on all machine orders. Each order is carefully packaged and shipped using reliable freight or ground carriers from our Little Rock, Arkansas facility.

Processing & Delivery Timeframes

We offer flexible delivery options to accommodate different customer needs:

•Direct to Address: Most machines are shipped directly to your business or residential location.

•Alternate Location: Delivery to warehouses, storage facilities, or other approved addresses is available upon request.

•Curbside Delivery: Freight shipments are typically delivered curbside or to the first dry area accessible by truck.

All orders are inspected, tested, and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipment Tracking & Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information and carrier details. Delivery progress can be monitored at any time. If tracking details are not received within 24 hours of dispatch, please contact sales@metalmeldmachines.com for assistance.

Damage During Transit

All machines are thoroughly inspected, tested, and securely packaged before shipment.

If damage is discovered upon delivery:

1.Inspect the machine immediately

2.Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing

3.Take clear photos and email them to sales@metalmeldmachines.com within 24 hours

We will promptly arrange repair or replacement in accordance with our warranty and shipping insurance policies.

Freight carriers do not provide inside delivery, upstairs delivery, installation, or movement beyond curbside unless pre-arranged. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper access and equipment to move the machine after delivery.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a shipment is lost, delayed, or misrouted by the carrier, Metal Meld Machines LLC will assist with filing a carrier claim and provide a replacement if necessary.

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs clearance, or carrier service disruptions, but we will work closely with the carrier to resolve issues as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses and contact details at checkout.

Metal Meld Machines LLC is not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer. Additional fees may apply for rerouting or reshipment.

Signature & Delivery Acknowledgement

A signature is required upon delivery for all machines. By signing the delivery receipt, you confirm the machine was received in satisfactory condition and that the order has been fulfilled as agreed.

Unloading Liability Clarification
