How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number

  • The carrier name

  • A tracking link (when available)

You can use this information to monitor your shipment in real time.


Order Processing Time

  • Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Custom, freight, or special-order items may require additional processing time

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day


Freight & Heavy Equipment Orders

For large items such as welders, plasma cutters, engine-driven machines, and industrial equipment:

  • Orders are shipped via freight carriers

  • Tracking updates may be limited compared to standard parcel shipments

  • A delivery appointment may be scheduled by the carrier prior to arrival
