Cancel Order

At MetalMeldMachines, we understand that plans can change. This page explains when and how an order may be canceled.

Order Cancellation Eligibility

You may request to cancel your order only if it has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered processing, been prepared for shipment, or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our Return Policy instead.

Time-Sensitive Orders

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days

  • Some items may enter processing immediately after purchase

  • Custom, special-order, freight, or industrial equipment may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed

We strongly recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing checkout.

Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be canceled once placed:

  • Orders that have already shipped

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Freight and heavy equipment shipments

  • Engine-driven welders

  • International orders

  • Orders financed or leased through third-party providers

How to Request an Order Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number

  • The name on the order

  • The email address used at checkout

Our team will review your request and notify you whether the cancellation is approved.

Refunds for Approved Cancellations

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method

  • Refunds typically process within 30 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Any payment processing fees incurred may be non-refundable

Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already shipped:

  • It cannot be canceled

  • You must follow our Return Policy after delivery

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the order was shipped in error

Important Notice

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation. Orders are fulfilled quickly, and once processing begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.
