Return and Refund Policy

At Metalmeld Machines, we stand behind the equipment we sell. If you need to return an item, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.
 
1) Return Window (30 Days)
 
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked delivered.
 
2) Claims & Issues Must Be Reported Within 7 Days
 
To ensure fast resolution, all claims (including shipping damage, missing items, wrong item received, defects on arrival, or performance issues on first inspection) must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
 
If a claim is submitted after 7 days, we may not be able to approve it especially for shipping damage or missing parts.
 

NB: Return Cost
Return shipping cost is Free.

Customers pay $0 for all approved returns.

Returns are typically delivered within 3 business days.

Metalmeld Machines LLC covers all return shipping costs

 
3) Return Eligibility
 
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following:
•Returned within 30 days of delivery
•Unused, uninstalled, and unmodified, unless the return is for a verified defect
•In original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging) with all included accessories, manuals, cables, and parts
•A Return Authorization (RA) has been issued by our support team before shipping anything back
 
4) Non-Returnable Items
 
The following are generally not eligible for return:
•Items that have been installed, used, altered, or repaired by anyone other than Metalmeld Machines.
•Items returned without an approved RA number.

• Machines damaged due to misuse or improper installation.

• Items returned with missing parts.

• Machines returned after the 30 day window.

• Customized machines.

• Carrier delays outside our control.

 
5) Return Reasons & Outcomes
 
We handle returns in a few common ways:
 
-Defective / Damaged / Wrong Item (Reported within 7 days)
If your item arrives defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect and you report it within 7 days, we will work with you to provide one of the following (based on the situation and inventory availability):
•Replacement parts
•Exchange / replacement unit
•Refund (full or partial) after inspection
 
6) How to Submit a Return or Claim
 
Email our support team with:
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you’re returning
  • Reason for return / claim
  • Photos or videos (required for damage/defect claims)
  • Delivery label photo (for shipping issues)

Once approved, we will send your RA number and return instructions.
 
7) Return Shipping & Responsibility
 
•Do not send returns without an RA number
•Use a trackable shipping method and proper protective packaging
•For damage/defect claims approved within 7 days, we may provide a return label or freight instructions depending on the item
 
8) Inspections, Refund Method & Timing
 
All returns are inspected upon arrival.
•If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible
•If the item is not in eligible condition, the return may be refused or a reduced refund may be offered.
 
9) Cancellations
 
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped or entered freight dispatch may not be cancellable.
