At Metal Meld Machines, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. This Warranty Policy explains the general warranty coverage offered on products purchased through MetalMeld Machines LLC.

GENERAL WARRANTY OVERVIEW

Warranty coverage varies by product type and manufacturer. Most products sold by MetalMeld Machines LLC are covered by a manufacturer’s limited warranty, not a warranty provided directly by MetalMeld Machines LLC. Warranty terms, duration, and coverage are determined by the original manufacturer.

As a general guideline:

  • Accessories and  tools warranty of up to 2 year.

  • Engine driven welding machines and industrial equipments warranty of up to 2 years.

Actual warranty terms may vary depending on the brand, model, and intended use.

WHAT THE WARRANTY COVERS

Manufacturer warranties typically cover:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship

  • Mechanical or electrical failures under normal use

  • Manufacturing-related performance issues

Coverage applies only when products are:

  • Used under normal operating conditions

  • Installed and maintained according to manufacturer instructions

  • Not modified or repaired by unauthorized parties

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Warranties do not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Consumable items (electrodes, wire, tips, nozzles, filters, etc.)

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or improper installation

  • Damage caused by improper electrical supply, environmental exposure, or lack of maintenance

  • Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications

  • Freight damage (must be reported immediately upon delivery)

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

If you believe your product has a warranty-related issue:

  1. Contact MetalMeld Machines LLC with your order number and product details

  2. Provide a clear description of the issue and supporting photos or videos if requested

  3. We will assist you in contacting the manufacturer or authorized service center

All warranty repairs, replacements, or evaluations are handled directly by the manufacturer or their authorized service providers.

SHIPPING & SERVICE COSTS

  • Warranty repairs may require the product to be shipped to an authorized service center

  • Shipping, handling, and service costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer

  • MetalMeld Machines LLC is not responsible for labor costs unless explicitly stated in the manufacturer’s warranty

COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL USE

Many products sold by MetalMeld Machines LLC are intended for commercial and industrial use. Warranty coverage may differ for business or high duty cycle applications. Always review the manufacturer’s documentation for specific usage limitations.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MetalMeld Machines LLC does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by manufacturers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MetalMeld Machines LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product.

WARRANTY REGISTRATION

Some manufacturers require product registration to activate or extend warranty coverage. Customers are responsible for completing any required warranty registration within the manufacturer’s specified timeframe.
